Returns Policy
You may return items that are unused and in the original packaging – including the hangtag and plastic wrap. We will accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund to your original form of payment.
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund generally within 5-7 business days.
Important Note:
Items purchased in a “Package” or “Set” need to be returned in full. We cannot accept partial returns on item Packs or Sets.
EXCHANGES
If an incorrect item or size was ordered and you would like to exchange it, a return form will need to be filled out. We will process this as a return and you will need to order the correct item. We are happy to help you place a new order via the support phone or email.
Please note, during peak times such as sales and holidays, returns may take longer than normal to process and may be delayed up to 15 business days.
FINAL SALE/OUTLET ITEMS
Outlet items are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

*Please provide details about what happened including but not limited to other components used in conjunction with the alleged defective Fin-Finder product. Proof of purchase is required before a warranty claim is processed.
It is strongly recommended that the installation of any Fin-Finder product(s) is done by an archery pro shop, to ensure proper set-up, and safety measures are taken.
